ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking two passionate, collaborative and innovative Pre-Prep Co-Educators to join our Junior School, within our Pre-Preparatory Centre. These are part-time, term-time, permanent positions, both commencing in Term 1, 2026, in a progressive, supportive and well-resourced educational environment: · Position 1: 0.6 FTE (Wednesday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.06pm) · Position 2: 0.6 FTE (Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 2.06pm) These are rewarding roles where you have the opportunity to make a significant impact. ABOUT YOU You are an outstanding early learning educator who can lead by example, model exceptional practice and support the Director of the service. You are able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a play-based pedagogy and best teaching practices. A genuine passion for meeting the educational needs of young boys and a willingness to engage in on-going professional development is also required. Knowledge & skills Excellent interpersonal skills in working with students, staff and parents. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent digital skills. A passion for supporting students with learning challenges. A caring and enthusiastic nature. A reliable and flexible approach. A capacity and desire to develop positive professional relationships with students with special needs. Experience in fostering a dynamic learning community and committed to the development of the whole person. A working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
