Your new role: We are currently seeking a Logistics Administration Officer to join our busy and dynamic team in Dandenong South . Providing a good work life balance, this role will provide variety as the day-to-day duties will vary based on the needs of the team as well as business and client requirements and priorities. Primarily, the successful candidate will be involved in: Coordination and scheduling of deliveries & returns of portable buildings Dispatch loads in line with Chain of Responsibility requirements Accurate data entry into existing systems Maintenance and management of our Customer Relationship Management Systems Working closely with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure satisfactory outcomes. General regular administration duties Additional ad hoc administration duties depending on business needs. What you will bring to the role: Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task Experience in a similar administration role in a fast-paced environment (preferably from manufacturing, supply chain or transport hire) A calm, solutions-oriented communicator Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong skills in MS Office suite products (Outlook, Work and Excel). Ability to work to and meet deadlines. A desire to work within a group with strong teamwork values. Previous experience in the sales, hire, construction, manufacturing, or corporate support activities with ERP systems will be highly regarded.
