We're looking for a driven and experienced Passenger Vehicle Service Advisor on behalf of our client in Port Hedland. What we're looking for; - Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role will be highly regarded - Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude - The ability to work under pressure - Strong attention to detail, strong organisation skills with great time management Your duties; - Actively manage customers' expectations of their servicing needs - Communicate with clients and workshop staff to manage customers expectations - Scheduling jobs according to daily workload and available hours Basic vehicle knowledge would be advantageous.
