Our business model supports sustainable agriculture and fair pricing across the entire supply chain. We are currently looking for a Full-time Contract Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage contracts with suppliers, logistics providers, transport operators, insurance companies, employees, and subcontractors. Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to align with company objectives and commercial standards. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal processes, and industry regulations, maintaining the company's reputation for ethical and reliable service. Coordinate and schedule supplier agreements and logistics operations, including meetings, documentation, and communication between internal and external stakeholders. Monitor contract deliverables and performance, such as shipping timelines, supplier milestones, invoices, and trade-related deadlines, and report progress to management. Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external partners to ensure effective contract management and smooth import/export operations. Identify and assess risks related to supplier and logistics contracts, developing strategies to minimize potential supply chain disruptions, financial impacts, or compliance issues. Resolve contract-related issues, including claims, variations, and disputes, ensuring timely and compliant resolutions. Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant records of all contract documentation according to company and legal requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracts to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance efficiency and compliance. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices in international trade, coffee supply, and commodity logistics to ensure operations align with evolving standards.
