We’re partnering with a reputable boutique law firm specialising in personal injury to appoint a Senior Legal Secretary into a newly created role. Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the practice. This role isn’t just about traditional legal secretarial tasks, it’s ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and keeping the office running smoothly. About the Role Provide high-level support to the Managing Director and wider practice; Manage and oversee the administrative function of the office; Coordinate diaries, correspondence, and file management; Draft and format legal documents and briefs; Contribute to improving workflows, systems and efficiencies across the practice; and Mentor and guide junior staff (where required). About You Senior legal support experience within personal injury is essential; Previous team or office management experience (formal or informal); Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with autonomy; Enjoys taking on responsibility beyond the traditional job scope; Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels Someone who takes pride in being the person people rely on.
