About the role MSS Security is looking for a Site Supervisor to join a high-security environment and lead a high-performing security team at a prestigious banking precinct in Townsville. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-stakes environment requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational security. Monday to Friday role with occasional weekend work and on call/incident management needed. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily security operations across the site, ensuring compliance with procedures and protocols Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident reports Liaise with stakeholders and maintain strong communication with site management Monitor and manage access control systems, alarms, and CCTV Enforce security and safety policies across the facility Respond to emergencies and incidents efficiently and professionally and maintain response time KPIs Manage a team of security officers and provide leadership support What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role , ideally in a corporate or similar environment Valid QLD Security License - control room and crowd control endorsed Valid First Aid and CPR Strong understanding of physical security practices and site access control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and lead by example Strong organisational and incident management skills Master licence: 41299 How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
