About the role We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service excellence across multiple sites. Reporting to the State Manager Victoria, you’ll be the key liaison between clients and our operational teams—overseeing service delivery, resolving issues, and implementing improvements that strengthen partnerships and drive business growth. Salary: $60-76k pa, plus company car (for work purposes), super and bonus Location: This is an onsite role (at ACS offices and client sites), Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. What you'll be doing Build lasting relationships – Be the trusted face of the company for a portfolio of clients, checking in regularly and keeping communication strong. Keep services on point – Oversee quality and performance across sites, making sure everything runs to the highest standards. Solve problems like a pro – Jump in quickly to sort out issues and keep clients smiling. Lead and inspire – Support, coach, and motivate your cleaning teams and site supervisors to deliver their best. Stay on top of the details – Manage contracts, reports, and compliance with confidence and care. Spot opportunities – Look for ways to improve services and add value for our clients. What you'll bring A diploma or degree in Business, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred) 5 years’ experience in client services, operations, or account management (ideally in cleaning, facilities, or service industries) Strong leadership and communication skills A knack for problem-solving and relationship building Great time management and tech skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, reporting tools) Valid Victorian driver licence, with ongoing Australian work rights, and willingness to undertake other compliance related checks, eg. annual police check, WWCC Commitment to full time onsite work What's in it for you?
