The Opportunity We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to win and grow B2B project accounts across commercial and utility-scale infrastructure. Renewable energy experience is welcome but not essential—strong B2B project sales and project delivery exposure in adjacent sectors (construction, steel/structures, industrial equipment, EPC, grid/energy infrastructure) will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close for project-driven opportunities; build, qualify and convert a robust pipeline. Map stakeholders (owners, developers, EPCs, consultants, fabricators), lead bid strategy, and manage tenders/RFQs with compelling commercial and technical narratives. Negotiate commercial terms, liaising with legal, finance and leadership to structure competitive proposals that balance price, risk and delivery. Coordinate handover to delivery: align scope, schedules, Incoterms, QA, and site requirements with project management, engineering and supply chain. Develop account plans, run QBRs, forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene; report on market trends and competitor activity. Represent the brand at client meetings, site visits and industry events; travel as required. About You 3 years’ success in B2B project sales (capital equipment, engineered structures, construction/EPC, or similar), with hands-on project delivery/interface experience. Proven track record winning multi-stakeholder, specification-led deals; confident interpreting drawings/specs and coordinating technical inputs. Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margins, risk, contract fundamentals (tenders, variations, LDs, warranties). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; organised, proactive and outcomes-focused. CRM proficiency and disciplined forecasting. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent experience. Nice to Have Exposure to solar PV, trackers, BESS or grid-connected infrastructure.
