ConsultANZ is currently seeking an experienced 3x Site Supervisor with a strong background in pavement or roading works , ideally with exposure to TfNSW (Transport for NSW) projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable civil contractor involved in high-profile infrastructure projects across New South Wales. We are looking for someone who can lead teams on-site, drive productivity, and ensure high standards of safety and quality are met across all phases of civil construction works. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise daily site operations for pavement or roading projects Ensure compliance with TfNSW specifications and safety standards Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety Monitor progress, quality, and site documentation Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients Resolve on-site issues to keep the project on track REQUIREMENTS: Civil trade background or related qualifications preferred Proven experience in road or pavement supervision Strong knowledge of TfNSW construction works Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Excellent leadership and communication skills White Card (mandatory); relevant tickets (advantageous) Driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed BENEFITS: Work on large-scale civil and transport infrastructure projects Competitive salary ranges from $100k - $120k base super (negotiable base on level of experience) Great team culture and professional development support Opportunities for career growth in a fast-moving industry APPLY NOW if interested or email jane.lara@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
