ATLAS Recruitment are currently working with a leading Civil Engineering consultancy who are looking to recruit a Civil Draftsperson to their team based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This well established consultancy have an excellent reputation in the market and some exciting growth plans for 2026. This role is seeking candidates with previous experience in the land development sector to support the drafting lead. We are also open to more senior civil drafting candidates who have an interest in digital engineering and quality assurance to improve systems. The successful candidate will have: Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar drafting role. A good working knowledge of AutoCAD. 12D knowledge will be beneficial but not essential. Experience in drafting drainage, earthworks, roads, sewer & water systems. Excellent communication skills. TAFE Diploma or degree in Civil engineering.
