About the Role As the Equine Aftercare Manager, you will: Lead and support a team providing aftercare services for horses and pets, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism. Oversee the collection, transport, and cremation of horses and pets, maintaining dignity and respect at every stage. Be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with clients, veterinary practices, and the community. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting grieving families with empathy and clear communication. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. About You You are: Compassionate and comfortable supporting clients through sensitive situations. Experienced in animal care, logistics, or operational management (experience with horses is highly regarded). A strong communicator, able to lead a team and build relationships with clients and partners. Physically capable of performing manual tasks (lifting up to 25kg, reversing a trailer, etc.).
