This is an opportunity for an energetic professional to make a tangible impact by driving actionable insights across our business. You will be hands-on with data analysis, scenario modelling, and operational reporting, supporting the execution of commercial strategies and unlocking opportunities for growth. Working closely with sales, marketing, and finance, you'll be at the forefront of identifying risks, optimising pricing, and ensuring our business stays agile and data informed. While you will operate within a collaborative environment and there is significant scope to influence and deliver real value through practical, tactical analysis. Your responsibilities will be to: Develop, maintain, and refine financial models supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic planning across Australia and New Zealand, including scenario analysis, value chain assessments, and price tree modelling to inform tactical decision-making. Deliver timely, detailed reporting and analysis on sales spend, pricing, and market dynamics to support day-to-day decision-making and accountability, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and cost efficiency. Oversee pricing execution, monitor compliance, and provide real-time insights to optimise profitability and competitive positioning. Assist in Liquor CPI submissions, delivering market intelligence and strategic recommendations. Support Portfolio Analysis and Sales Strategy initiatives through in-depth analysis of performance drivers, customer segmentation, and margin opportunities. Provide practical, scenario-based recommendations. Conduct scenario modelling, margin analysis, and detailed financial evaluations to facilitate tactical decision-making. Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for operational leadership. Develop practical tools and dashboards including price tree evaluations and volume simulations to identify risks and opportunities, enabling quick tactical responses. Lead continuous improvements in analytical processes, focusing on data quality, process efficiency, and actionable insights that support topline growth and operational agility. Support sales and marketing planning, aligning activity execution with targets across brands and markets, and assisting in the preparation of business reviews with clear, actionable insights. Offer practical, hands-on analysis in volumetrics, competitive intelligence, pricing, and financial modelling to empower sales teams and operational managers. Collaborate actively with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand needs, tailor insights, and influence tactical decisions that deliver measurable results. What are we looking for?
