About the Opportunity Join Baptcare's Project Management Office team as a PMO Systems Development & Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in enhancing our project delivery capabilities. You will be at the heart of one of Australia’s most significant sector mergers. Based in our NewCo location, this full-time position offers the chance to work with meaningful projects that support our mission of caring for communities. What You'll Do Develop and maintain PMO systems, tools, and processes to support project teams Coordinate operational activities across multiple projects and stakeholders Analyse project data and create reports to inform decision-making Support project managers with system troubleshooting and training Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and updates Maintain project documentation standards and ensure compliance What We're Looking For Experience with project management systems and database management Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication abilities and collaborative approach Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently Understanding of project management methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software How to Apply Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application.
