You will provide subject matter expertise in PLM, systems engineering, and digital toolchains to ensure robust, compliant, and future-ready engineering environments. Key responsibilities include: Leading the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of PLM and EMS toolsets (e.g. Dassault 3DExperience, Cameo, DOORS, Enterprise Architect). Providing expert guidance on model-based systems engineering (MBSE), automation, and tool integration. Representing the Digital Engineering team in technical forums and supporting programs with SME input and technical leadership. Driving innovation and continuous improvement through automation, integration, and emerging digital technologies. Ensuring compliance with corporate governance, reporting, and security requirements in a high-assurance environment. About You: You're a skilled and forward-thinking digital engineer with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance systems engineering and program delivery. You bring strong leadership, technical depth, and collaboration skills to build effective digital engineering environments. You will bring: The ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance. Qualifications in ICT, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5 years' experience in PLM systems and digital engineering practices. Proven experience with Dassault 3DExperience and implementing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash) and exposure to DevOps environments (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Jenkins). Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills within complex technical or defence environments.
