Lead the project team complete the product definition to mass production with project management skill 2. Drive relevant changes, focus on and enhance product competitiveness 3. Support oversea plant enablement 4. Lead NB product launch in oversea plant and support lifecycle sustain 5. Optimize E2E engineering processes at overseas factories Job Requirements: 1. Professional project management skills with a proven track record in leading teams to achieve TTM goals while ensuring quality standards. 2. Familiarity with the electronics industry and a solid understanding of product development processes. 3. Experience working in overseas plants and proven capabilities in remote/ cross-location management. 4. Proficiency in English, coupled with practical experience in cross-cultural communication. 5. Proactive mindset, strong ability in summarizing and resolving complex issues, and excellent resilience in handling project pressures. 6. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science or engineering.
