Your New Role Step in as the 2IC (Leading Hand) on a five-storey apartment project just west of the CBD. You’ll work directly under the Site Supervisor we placed who has been with the business 2 years, taking instructions to coordinate trades, uphold safety and quality, keep the site tidy and on program, and jump on the tools when required. It’s a clear pathway role toward Site Supervisor with a builder–developer that values practical, get-it-done leadership. What You’ll Need to Succeed Trade-qualified Carpenter (White Card; own tools, reliable transport) Competent reading drawings, sequencing tasks, and coordinating subcontractors Comfortable hands-on when needed while supervising day-to-day activities Multi-residential or commercial experience ideal (not essential) Strong communication, pride in workmanship, and a steady, team-first approach What You’ll Get in Return $130,000 – $150,000 p.a.
