About the Role Siteforce Recruitment is seeking skilled Formwork Carpenters for ongoing commercial construction projects across South East Queensland. You’ll be working on multi-storey developments, structural concrete frames, basements, and high-rise commercial buildings alongside a professional and safety-driven crew. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed formwork and structural drawings Construct, install, and strip formwork for slabs, columns, walls, cores, and staircases Assemble and align timber and modular formwork systems (Peri, Doka, or similar) Measure, cut, and fit formwork materials to specification Assist with reinforcement and concrete placement where required Ensure all work meets site safety and quality standards Skills & Experience Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification Previous experience in commercial formwork (high-rise, basements, or large structural projects and can do stairs) White Card (Construction Induction) Ability to read and follow technical drawings Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices What’s on Offer $50 per hour 10-hour days with overtime and weekend work available Consistent, long-term commercial projects Opportunity for career progression within a leading construction workforce Supportive and safety-focused site teams PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME FIRST BEFORE CALLING If the above sounds like you and you have all the necessary tickets and licenses admin@siteforcerecruitment.com.au or call Chantal: 0410 928 512
