The Role This Client Services Administrator position offers the opportunity to shape and improve processes rather than simply follow them. Working directly with Directors and Senior Management in an environment that values efficiency, you'll have genuine input into operational efficiency and client service delivery. Key responsibilities include Managing client relationships as a primary contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery Supporting Directors with strategic administrative tasks and workflow optimisation Identifying and implementing process improvements across the Client Services function Developing and delivering training initiatives to enhance team capability Monitoring team capacity and workflow distribution to maximise efficiency Managing ATO and ASIC lodgements with focus on compliance and process improvement Coordinating communications and correspondence using modern, integrated systems This role suits someone who views administration as an opportunity to drive efficiency and innovation, not just maintain status quo.
