What You Get Competitive hourly rate pens super allowances Opportunities to work on high-profile civil infrastructure projects Structured training and mentoring programs Positive, team focused, and safe work environment What You Need Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Leading Hand on major civil infrastructure projects Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards Hands-on, practical, and safety-focused Pipelaying and shoring experience highly regarded Current driver's licence Experience in heavy plant operation with RII tickets (e.g., Excavator, Loader, Roller, Grader) What You Will Be Doing Leading and supervising site teams, subcontractors, and plant operators Planning and allocating labour, materials, and plant resources efficiently Monitoring project progress, budgets, and OHS & environmental compliance Ensuring works meet client quality expectations Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting non-conformances Mentoring your team and supporting a collaborative, positive site culture About Us Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest civil construction companies.
