The team delivers preventative, emergency, and general dental services to eligible adults and children, including outreach to rural and remote communities. Competitive salary and benefits Salary between $3481.60 - $3835.70 per fortnight (AO4). 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading. About your opportunity As Team Leader Oral Health, you will manage and support a team of administrative officers to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery. You will oversee rosters, workloads, recruitment, onboarding, and performance development, while contributing to quality improvement and fostering a positive team culture aligned with Queensland Health values. Requirements Demonstrated experience leading administrative teams in a healthcare or complex environment. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage rosters, leave, and performance development processes. Knowledge of hospital systems and Microsoft Office applications. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
