Do you have experience in implementing strategic direction to shape business models and performance outcomes? Do you enjoy leading large statewide service delivery teams where the customer comes first, second and third - while improving and innovating services? Your teams possess the technical finance capabilities - you need not have technical experience in the finance field - your primary role is to create the environment where your teams can perform at their best. Queensland Shared Services (QSS) are seeking a committed customer centric leader to deliver service excellence, while implementing the finance modernisation agenda including implementing new business models and services. You will support the positioning of QSS as a service provider of choice for the future.
