Aspirante is working with a QLD government department to assistt in their search for an experienced Lead Designer to play a key role in shaping the look and feel of new legibility products as part of a large-scale design and accessibility initiative. You’ll lead design, testing, and integration activities — ensuring that every product not only looks great but performs seamlessly in real-world environments. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, document, and implement new products, guiding them through to business-as-usual operations. - 12 month contract extension - Paying up to $112 per hour - Brisbane CBD location, hybrid setup What You’ll Do: Lead the design, testing, and refinement of new legibility products. Create and maintain product documentation, design standards, and guidelines . Oversee the integration of new products into the operational network . Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design intent and usability. Support the transition of new products into BAU environments. You’ll bring: Demonstrated experience leading design and testing initiatives. Strong background in visual, UX, or product design . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience developing design documentation and specifications for implementation. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to guide design through to BAU.
