About the Role We are seeking a commercially minded ICT Account Manager to drive client success and business growth. This role combines strategic account management with new business development, working closely with technical teams to deliver ICT solutions that meet client needs and achieve revenue targets. The position is onsite at the company’s head office, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work arrangement once established. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors and accounts. Build deep client relationships to understand business objectives and align technology solutions accordingly. Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to scope, plan, and implement client solutions. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, reporting regularly on opportunities, revenue forecasts, and results. Stay current on market and technology trends to position the company competitively. Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Business, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT account management, business development, or solution sales. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales or account growth targets. Strong understanding of IT products, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation technologies. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, monday.com, etc.) is desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a results-focused environment. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet targets. Experience in a multicultural and dynamic team environment will be highly regarded.
