Step Into Your Next Chapter: Leading case management of students who require substantial or extensive adjustments including: NCCD coordination and data collection for these students Working closely with Inclusion and classroom teachers to plan and implement effective, reasonable adjustments for students with a disability, both in the classroom and at excursions, incursions, sport and camps Coordinating and providing intensive targeted teaching for students who require intervention, promoting a culture of inclusive practices Leading transition planning Coordinating and timetabling of programs which align with our Strategic Plan Work closely with the Principal, Inclusion teachers, budgeting and deployment and supervision of our skilled team of highly capable and dedicated Teacher Aides.
