Build the capacity of staff in the creation, collaboration, and ongoing maintenance of Personalised Learning Records. Ensuring appropriate classroom adjustments are made diligently and are reflective of student support needs. Observe, model and support teachers and teacher aides to demonstrate the use of high-impact teaching strategies in challenging classes to develop professional capability.
