About the Team The Service Model for AMYOS encompasses intensive, outreach-based and longer-term community mental health treatment underpinned by reflective practice and a well-connected team. AMYOS teams work with high risk adolescents with severe and complex mental health presentations who have difficulty engaging in clinic-based services, their families and other stakeholders to achieve positive treatment outcomes. About the Role The purpose of this role is to provide clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced clinical leadership relevant to the Assertive Mobile Youth Outreach Service (AMYOS) speciality of Child and Youth Mental Health. The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) provides direct and indirect care as required to young people aged 13-18 years with severe and complex mental health problems and disorders, and their families and carers.
