Your part in supporting key frontline services will see you responsible for a variety of work supporting business initiatives, providing strategic and operational investment and performance services to QPS and other public safety agencies and assisting with advice to key stakeholders across the Frontline & Digital Division workforce and broader public safety agencies. Your key accountabilities The core capability requirements for this role are: Develop and implement ICT strategies plans and processes for ICT strategy, planning and governance. Provide high quality, timely and independent strategic advice, recommendations, briefs, presentations, reports and information papers to senior management in relation to ICT strategy, performance, planning, governance and reporting. Consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with high-level stakeholders in portfolio agencies and relevant government departments. Oversee the development, review and monitoring of systems, policies and procedures which support ICT compliance requirements focusing on performance, planning and governance frameworks and activities. Coordinate strategy and governance processes for FDD, including portfolio ICT Strategy governance and input into Agency strategic planning, operational planning, environmental scanning and business continuity. Facilitate FDD processes to ensure the timely management and closure of Queensland Audit Office (QAO) and Queensland Police Service (QPS) Internal Audits. Role Requirements Qualification Qualifications in strategy, policy, and/or business would be highly regarded. Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience Strong written skills and experience providing strategic advice, briefings, planning and developing roadmaps, would be highly regarded Applications to remain current for 12 months.
