The Role As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in pricing and tendering projects ranging from $250K to $5M. Working closely with the Director, Project Managers, and Internal Designers, you’ll ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Value-engineer where possible to optimise project margins. Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure seamless handovers from estimating to delivery. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and consultants. About You Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction or fit-out/refurb sector. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and subcontractor pricing. Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency with estimating software (e.g Buildsoft, CostX, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
