What You’ll Be Doing Managing daily debtor collections and following up overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence. Processing and allocating customer payments promptly and accurately (including EFT, cheque, and credit card). Reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, and resolving payment or billing issues. Assisting with credit applications, new account setups, and credit limit management. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Management to deliver a seamless customer experience. Assist with reception relief where needed Any other tasks assigned by the Credit Manager What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes. A confident communicator who can build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a (at times) fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience using ERP/accounting systems.
