Community Support Worker – Dee Why & Cromer About the role We’re on the lookout for a friendly, caring, and motivated Community Support Worker to join our Sunnyfield team across Dee Why and Cromer. This is a part-time role where you’ll help people with disability live their best lives—whether that’s building independence at home, staying active, or getting out and about in the community. What you’ll be doing No two days are the same, but you’ll often be: Supporting clients with daily living—personal care, cooking, transport, and household tasks Helping with organising bedrooms, cleaning, and encouraging independence at home Getting hands-on in the garden , bonus points if you love plants and sunshine Encouraging healthy habits by teaching the importance of exercise, personal care, and wellbeing Planning fun outings, social activities, and community connections Being a positive role model and cheerleader for client goals Keeping records up-to-date so we can continue delivering great support What we’re looking for We’d love to hear from you if you are: Experienced in supporting people with disability A natural communicator who can build trust and motivate others Patient, practical, and happy to roll up your sleeves for cleaning, organising, or gardening Flexible and reliable, with a team-player attitude Licensed to drive, with access to a reliable vehicle What we offer At Sunnyfield, we want you to love what you do.
