The Role We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Inwards Team Member to be the 2IC to the Warehouse Manager, leading the Inwards section and provide hands-on support across the warehouse. You’ll be responsible for overseeing inbound operations, ensuring stock is received, processed, and recorded accurately, while promoting a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable all-rounder, someone who can step across different areas when needed while maintaining accountability for the Inwards function. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day performance of the Inwards team to ensure all inbound stock is processed accurately and on time Manage inwards records within Pronto ERP, ensuring data integrity and timely updates Oversee claim lodgements for damaged or short deliveries, including follow-up investigations and resolution Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve stock or delivery discrepancies Ensure stock rotation, put-away, and AMR processes are completed efficiently Monitor team targets and support continuous improvement in workflow and accuracy Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment Assist with dispatch and other warehouse areas when required to support business flow Act as a point of support for the Warehouse Manager, providing leadership coverage and operational support as needed You Will Have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment Previous experience in a leadership or 2IC capacity Valid forklift licence (essential) Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations Excellent attention to detail Confident using technology, including Microsoft systems, Pronto ERP, and RF scanners Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Customer-focused and results-driven with a collaborative approach Experience and knowledge of Work Health & Safety requirements in the warehouse environment Culture People enjoy working in this team because they have an engaging, agile and performance-driven culture that's supportive and innovative.
