Distribution Centre Supervisor – Managing Large Teams Location: North Brisbane Salary: $90,000-$95,000 | Full-Time Are you an experienced leader with a track record of managing large teams of 100 staff in high-volume distribution or warehouse environments ? We’re looking for a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead multiple operational teams, driving performance, safety, and efficiency across inbound, inventory, picking and outbound operations. About the role Reporting to site leadership, you will: Lead and manage up to 100 staff across multiple operational areas Coach and develop Team Leaders to consistently achieve KPIs and operational goals Plan shifts, allocate resources, and manage rostering to meet business demands Support development and delivery of standard operating procedures, training, and process improvements Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and operational standards are maintained Handle escalations, daily reporting, and operational decision-making This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility across shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
