The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join the team across two established pharmacies in Creswick and Clunes. The Pharmacy We are an integral part of the local community, committed to delivering old-fashioned, caring pharmacy advice and personalised customer service. The pharmacies offer over-the-counter medicines and prescriptions, including Dose Administration Aids, and work to serve our local community as a Health Hub. Responsibilities You will play an important role supporting the pharmacy team and serving customers by: Assisting with product selection and customer enquiries. Maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times. Accepting and handing out prescriptions under pharmacist supervision. Processing sales and providing excellent customer service. Restocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy. Keeping the pharmacy clean, safe and well-organised. About You Our ideal candidate will bring: Strong customer focus and clear, friendly communication. Initiative, positivity and a genuine interest in helping others. Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. High attention to detail, time management and reliability. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy systems. The Essentials Previous pharmacy or retail/customer service experience preferred, not essential. Basic computer literacy is required. Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude are key.
