Key responsibilities Safe, accurate dispensing and checking (e.g., FRED/Nexphase ) Patient counselling across Rx/OTC, minor ailments, and medication optimisation Professional services: vaccinations , MedsChecks , DAAs/Webster checks, HMR referrals DD management, QCPP standards, and 8CPA program delivery Stock control: ordering, receipting, expiry and wastage management Collaborate with the pharmacy team to hit service and quality KPIs About you AHPRA-registered Pharmacist (unrestricted) Strong clinical communication and customer service skills Confident with professional services (immuniser accreditation ideal) Solid attention to detail in a fast-paced community setting Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Roster & remuneration Full-time , with a balanced rotating roster across weekdays and some weekends $45–$50/hr super , based on experience and accreditation Opportunities for additional hours by mutual agreement Perks Supportive ownership and experienced dispensary/tech team Structured onboarding, CPD support and mentorship Staff discounts and a friendly, community-centric environment Are you interested in this role?
