Estimator – Civil Infrastructure RS Conform Pty Ltd – Sydney, NSW Full-Time / Hybrid | $110,000 – $130,000 Super Phone Laptop (Depending on Experience) About RS Conform RS Conform Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based civil and mechanical contractor delivering infrastructure projects for clients such as the Sydney Water Alliance, John Holland, CPB, and Acciona. Our work includes minor demolition, detailed excavation and trenching, conduit and pit installations, FRP works, and minor mechanical packages. We’re a capable, performance-driven team focused on quality delivery and long-term client partnerships. The Role We are seeking an experienced Estimator to manage end-to-end tendering for civil and water-infrastructure projects ranging from $300 K – $1 M. Reporting to the Director – Operations & Delivery, you will prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and construction methodologies with support from the company directors and project coordinator. The position offers flexibility to work on-site & in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for civil and infrastructure projects. Quantify materials, labour, equipment, and subcontract costs. Develop project programs, returnable schedules, and supporting tender documentation. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing. Assist in developing construction methodologies and resource plans. Support post-award handovers and, where required, assist with QA documentation as a Project Engineer. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ estimating experience across civil or infrastructure sectors. Broad technical understanding of demolition, excavation, FRP, concrete, and minor mechanical works. Ability to complete tenders independently from start to finish. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project; familiarity with estimating software advantageous. Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated initiative and accountability.
