Join a fast-growing national carrier building the networks of tomorrow. This hands-on role involves working on major fibre deployments across Sydney’s metro area. What You’ll Do Perform fibre splicing , jointing and OTDR testing. Oversee civil works including trenching, HDD boring, pit & pipe installation and conduit proving. Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality, safety and technical standards are met. Diagnose and restore fibre faults. Coordinate with councils, utilities and customers for site readiness. Maintain accurate records, QA docs and equipment. What You Bring Proven experience in fibre optic installation , testing and civil works. Strong understanding of pit & pipe construction and network build standards. Ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractors. Competency with OTDR, ILM, power meter and related test equipment. Cabling registration and/or fibre endorsement highly regarded. Proactive, safety-minded and ready to grow in a fast-moving environment.
