About the Role As the Residential Care Manager, you'll take charge of the day-to-day operations of a boutique aged care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You'll be supported by an experienced executive team offsite and a capable, close-knit workforce onsite. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and operational leadership across the facility. Oversee staffing, rostering, and workforce development. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS, and WHS requirements. Support residents' wellbeing through compassionate, person-centred care. Manage accreditation processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community. ✅ What You'll Bring Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience as a Facility or Care Manager in residential aged care. Strong understanding of AN-ACC, compliance, and quality frameworks. A collaborative and empathetic leadership style.
