Your role, your impact Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care, while driving service excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement across governance, compliance, and team development. Key responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and leadership across all Hub service streams ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care Lead clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development of clinicians, promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture Support the implementation of clinical governance and quality improvement frameworks Build strong relationships with consortia partners and community stakeholders Oversee service performance, compliance, and risk management processes Who we’re looking for Extensive clinical experience in the mental health sector, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, team leadership, and service development Skilled in assessment, evidence-based interventions, and crisis management Strong understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally safe practice Commitment to inclusive and person-centred care, particularly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQ communities, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel for outreach and engagement
