The Opportunity Join a well-respected engineering consultancy known for delivering practical, high-quality design solutions across the structural, civil and water sectors. You’ll play a key role in delivering structural design work across steel structures — from detailed modelling and analysis through to documentation and construction support - a chance to manage projects from inception through to completion. Your work will include: Delivering design work for steel structures, including Sydney Water projects such as tanks and reservoirs. Reviewing and preparing design documentation, drawings, and calculations. Coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients for seamless project delivery. Guiding and reviewing work from junior engineers and drafters. Supporting projects through design, documentation, and construction stages. About You Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering. 3–5 years’ experience in structural design (steel, concrete, or water-related structures). Senior roles available for more experienced candidates. Confident using design software, Spacegass experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Australian Standards and comfortable managing your own projects. Collaborative, proactive, and enjoy mentoring junior team members. Why Join?
