This is an immediate opportunity for an experienced Delivery Substations & Commissioning Manager to lead the construction and energisation of multiple high-voltage substations. You will guide multidisciplinary teams of more than 20 professionals across brownfield and greenfield sites, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget. About the Role This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing commissioning and construction for a nationally strategic energy project. You will drive performance, set the standard for safety and technical excellence, and lead energisation through to completion, ensuring the project meets its delivery and operational milestones. Key Responsibilities Lead commissioning and construction across multiple high-voltage substations and transmission lines Manage large multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Managers Ensure all works meet the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards Champion best practice in risk management, HSE, and technical governance Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance About You You are an experienced leader who thrives on complex, high-stakes delivery. You bring: Proven success leading large-scale transmission or substation commissioning projects Strong leadership in high-risk, multi-site construction environments Deep technical expertise in HV commissioning and energisation The ability to motivate, mentor, and manage large project teams Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience Why Join This Project?
