We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our business located in Harvey, Western Australia. We service and maintain cable belt conveyor systems, providing high quality materials, components and maintenance of our systems. The position will require the successful applicant to; Implement new or improved supply chain processes in support of business requirements and new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws. Facilitating the development of strategies and plans for optimisation of the organisations' resources and services/capabilities. Liaising with logistics/shipping/transport providers and consultants. Develop, implement and monitor procedures or systems to assess supplier and vendor capacity and abilities. Preparing, recommending, documenting physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows and develop performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality. Respond to customerexpedite notices. Qualifications and experience: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and At least 3 years’ experience in this occupation Skilled required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication Prior experience in ERP, manufacturing inventory management, and financial management systems (for example – Unleashed and Xero) Organised and able to meet deadlines
