The Role This short-term role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tractor Operator/Farm Hand to support harvest activities in the Goondiwindi region. Working within the agriculture industry, you'll be part of a hardworking and supportive team in an outdoor, fast-paced environment focused on efficient and safe grain movement. Key Responsibilities As a Tractor Operator/Farm Hand, you'll play a key part in maintaining smooth harvest flow and minimising downtime. Your duties will include: Receiving grain from the chaser bin or harvester, storing it temporarily, and loading trucks for transport to silos or storage Operating augers and equipment to unload grain safely and efficiently Ensuring even distribution and safe storage within grain bins Operating tractors and other farm machinery with precision and care Assisting with irrigation and general farm work as required Benefits Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour Duration: Approx. 1-2 months Schedule: 40 hours per week Hands-on harvest role in a key agricultural region Great experience for candidates with GPS and irrigation skills Must have your own vehicle to travel to work Your Skills & Experience To be successful, you'll have: Proven tractor driving experience Competency in GPS operation Irrigation experience preferred Strong awareness of on-farm safety and equipment handling Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to work flexible hours during peak times A valid driver's licence and your own transport Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
