The Student Support Manager coordinates culturally responsive âaway from homeâ support for students in the Makarrata Boarding Program including providing administrative and program support, supervising and working with students and their families/carers, and organising and supervising recreational activities. They will ensure that the Makarrata Programs are aligned to the aspirations of the homelands communities and provide students with access to educational opportunities that will support them to complete their schooling in a homelands context.
