Job Description The Project ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel – Stage 2, Sydney’s third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney. Project scope includes: Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction Civil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels Surface level work, including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway In line with the above, ACCIONA are now looking for an IMS Administrator to join the Western Harbour Tunnel Project. This role will be based at the Warehouse at Emu Plains. Specific Tasks Include Management of the Inventory Management System (IMS), assuring data accuracy and continuous process improvement. Reviewing and processing purchase orders and receiving incoming items. Generating and analysing inventory reports to support project planning. Assessing and optimising warehouse layouts and workflows for efficiency. Arranging and processing the transfer of items from warehouse to site and creating and maintaining project inventory reports. Liaising with suppliers and evaluating incoming delivery processes. Planning and analysing warehouse storage, ensuring reconciliation with system records and identifying discrepancies or improvement opportunities. Conducting stocktakes at Emu Plains and supplier warehouses, liaising with Site (Inbound) Coordinators and the Project Finance team on inventory movement processes. Required Skills and Competencies Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Project Management desirable. Demonstrated experience in inventory management or warehouse administration. Desired experience in construction or infrastructure project environments. Familiarity with IMS/ERP systems and digital warehouse tracking solutions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
