The Case Manager has a key role in a risk-based approach to the management of notifications and investigation findings made by organisations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme (the Scheme). This includes applying an analytical focus to determine whether notifications are covered by the Scheme, validating critical information, identifying risks that prioritise the safety of children and young people and engaging with organisations to ensure compliance. The Case Manager will also respond to a range of enquiries about the Scheme by phone and email. In this role you will: Work within a risk based environment to manage a case load by overseeing reportable conduct investigations undertaken by organisations subject to the Reportable Conduct Scheme. Prepare written analysis associated with an organisations investigation and in response to queries raised as part of the Commission's oversight of investigations and the management of incoming enquiries, phone calls and written correspondence.
