What you will be doing Reporting directly to Senior Manager – register of electors, this role will be responsible for: Manage a data processing operation focused on quality, accuracy and efficiency in the data entry and enrolment processing in preparation for State Election 2026 Managing and appraising the performance of surge staff to meet increased demand in the lead up and during the election period Provide information, instruction, and supervision to employees to enable them to work safely and implementing appropriate actions to ensure the objectives are achieved. Review and document procedures, tools, resources, and guidelines related to the updating and maintenance of the register of electors Deliver structured training and advice to Enrolment Services Officers in pre and post-election processing requirements as needed. Coordinate escalation of issues in the enrolment space What you will bring to the role Experience in accessing and administering sensitive information in ways that are compliant with privacy principles and obligations Provision of quality customer service, and the ability to identify and provide customer centred solutions using existing business rules. Ability to supervise a team by providing constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.
