JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced sales and account management leader to be the primary go-to-market point of contact in APAC. This is a critical role responsible for driving revenue, building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships, and ensuring the growth of the Kevel brand and book of business successful execution of retail media strategies. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in retail and commerce media with a proven track record in managing complex sales, accounts, and partnerships. In this role, you’ll be accountable for driving revenue growth in APAC through a combination of signing new business; strategic expanding existing customers through upsells, cross-sells, and renewal; and identifying key partnerships. LOCATION: Remote - Australia. Applicants must be located in Australia and be legally eligible to work in Australia. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH: Serve as the primary point of or one of the lead points of contact and trusted advisors for prospects and existing customers, ensuring alignment between business objectives and our solutions Provide guidance and influence to other go-to-market team members, including Customer Success Manager, Solutions Architects, Account Executives, and/or Strategic Account Managers to provide a cohesive approach to signing new business and growing existing customers Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize long-term customer and partnership value Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and stakeholders at prospective and existing retailer customers Partner closely with other commercial teams to support the appropriate positioning of the Kevel product as well as with product and engineering to provide a feedback loop that will support long-term customer needs Provide strategic guidance to customers on industry trends, retail media best practices, and growth opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen our market presence Lead account planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for the APAC market. SKILLS YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU: Strong experience in sales, account management, and/or partnership roles in the retail media or ad tech space, with significant experience managing enterprise-level clients Demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic expansion plans for a country and/or the APAC region. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic account management in the APAC region. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, capable of influencing at the executive level Strong understanding of retail media, digital advertising, and e-commerce ecosystems Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans in complex, fast-paced environments Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact projects Willingness to travel across APAC market as needed WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US: Fully Remote Team: We are a 100% remote work environment with employees located around the world.
