What You’ll Do Hunt and win major AV and integrated technology projects across the ACT and beyond. Build and convert a healthy pipeline, from opening C-suite conversations to closing multi-site solutions. Mentor junior account managers and help shape a high-performing sales culture. Collaborate with technical, project, and delivery teams to ensure client success. Lead with commercial discipline, targeting healthy GP margins and sustainable long-term growth. What You Bring Proven success in B2B technology or AV integration sales. Strong commercial acumen and structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.). Ability to engage at executive level and drive complex deal cycles. Self-starter attitude, you set the pace and thrive on results, not micromanagement.
