About the Role We’re seeking a qualified Estimator to join their team in Tom Price . This position plays a key role in preparing accurate cost estimations, pricing, and quotations for upcoming projects. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure bids are competitive, compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for prospective clients across the Inland region, contributing to business growth through professional communication and accurate project scoping. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review cost estimates, pricing schedules, and tender submissions Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain accurate cost data Attend weekly meetings with management to review new tenders, wins/losses, and industry trends Support the Operations team with project cost tracking and reporting Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years’ experience in project estimation (construction, building, or engineering) Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or Engineering (preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and organisational ability Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Current National Police Clearance and ability to pass medical Why Apply: Permanent, full-time position based in Tom Price - You must be able to relocate to Tom Price for this position.
