About the Role The role will be responsible for the continuation of growth of the JBL social and digital audiences and execute full funnel campaigns, events and activations under the music and sport pillar to meet Harman ANZ sales targets and audience engagement. You will also assist the Marketing team on brand campaigns and activations, new product launches, planning and creation of social media activity, fan engagement initiatives, digital marketing including email marketing and support to the E-Commerce team with website merchandising and customer marketing. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager with a dotted line to the Manager, Channel Marketing, ANZ. What You Will Do • Assist with social media strategy across Harman Australia social channels including content creation, planning, monitoring across Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook alongside Manager, Channel Marketing. • Influencer and Ambassador recruitment, content briefing, review, approval, collaboration, management and reporting for NPI launches, business focuses and sales campaigns throughout the year alongside Manager, Channel Marketing. • Briefing and reviewing of external content creation and management including Stirred ideation and briefing alongside Manager, Channel Marketing • Assist Manager, Channel Marketing with execution of Brand strategy and activations including Your Shot DJ Competition, Festival or Event sponsorships, Launch Events and other music or sport sponsorships across the year. This involves sourcing promotional items, printing requirements, creating social and digital ads, planning the social and digital execution, running competitions on website or via Gleam forms, arranging photographers/videographers for events, Event Day bump in/out, procuring product for events, managing budget and invoicing for all events. • Assist Marketing team with management of media opportunities including negotiations, product focuses, PR Releases and review product on a case by case basis. • Work alongside E-Commerce Lead to merchandise Harman local websites and plan the Customer Journey communication schedule and ANZ Email Marketing campaigns including scheduling, content, audience profiles to maximise sales of JBL product on site. • Work alongside E Commerce Lead to brief digital campaigns to support New Product releases including content creation, audience profiling, copywriting and monitoring of performance for awareness, consideration and conversion components. Organic and Paid Social contribution across 3 x Large NPI launches plus all major retail sales periods including EOFY and Black Friday. • Work alongside E Commerce Lead to brief artwork creation of digital tiles and banners for local websites. • Manage and grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovate strategies as well as newsletter subscriptions and warranty registration. • Assist Senior Marketing Manager and Channel Marketing Manager at JBL owned and sponsored events including content creation and management and representation of JBL brand to end users. • Review and manage with Channel Marketing Manager, Sponsorship and Partnership opportunities that are presented throughout the year. • Post campaign analysis and reporting of campaign performance as well as delivering report for addition to monthly marketing reports to Singapore HQ. What You Need to Be Successful • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in related role or field. • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must. Bonus Points if You Have • Experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries. • Prior experience in social media, digital and online account management or planning, and execution on either agency side or client side. • High Proficiency in Social media tools, in particular Tik Tok and Instagram • Experience working in a marketing team to develop, maintain and deliver on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. • Prior exposure to new product launches or events • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Experience using Google Analytics. • Strong project management skills including: conceptualisation, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives.
